Apple wallet restricted

My account has been restricted and I can’t find a way to get it unrestricted. I only have one apple wallet account and it’s been this way the entire month. Whenever I use Apple Pay I use Apple Cash to keep all my purchase history and for business transaction purposes. It’s not giving me the option to contact support or remove the apple wallet restriction.
