MacBook Pro stuck in recovery mode
I bought a Apple MacBook Pro it seems to be stuck in recovery mode and I can’t get past it is there anyway you can help me with this

What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your Mac - Apple Support (CA)
If reading between the lines - it appear this computer was Purchased Second Hand ??
If so, return it to Previous Owner and show them from above link what the Should Have Done Before Selling it
