My Magic Keyboard is not turning on, despite being charged for a day straight. I am unable to access any system preferences due to my computer being on the input password screen. Additionally, I have tried multiple cables and outlets and still no luck.
iMac 24″, macOS 12.1
Just to add, make sure the keyboard switch is on.
Please turn it off and connect it using the charging cable it came with and then turn on the keyboard while it is connected to the Mac. Then check your Bluetooth settings to verify it is still paired. Finally please disconnect the charging cable and test it.
if it does not respond , please call AppleCare.
