To use the iCloud Storage subscription on your iPhone enable iCloud Drive on the iPhone - sign in to iCloud on your iPhone with the same AppleID you used to subscribe to iCloud+. Enable iCloud on the iPhone in the Settings for all apps that you want to use the iCloud Storage.
