Can’t get hand washing to work on Apple watch 7. I unpaired, rebooted watch and both toggles are on

Set up Handwashing on Apple Watch - Apple Support
- Open the Settings app
on your Apple Watch. - Tap Handwashing, then turn on Handwashing Timer.
This should help. If you still have issues, reply to let me know. For the Handwashing reminders, that requires you to set a "Home" address in your "My Contact" at the top of contacts.
