Why is showtime content locked on my appletv when paramount plus says subscription is active for paramount plus/showtime
Apple TV HD, tvOS 15
I selected "still need help" and it took me to options for contact. I posted a link, but in case it doesn't work I also posted a screenshot for reference so you can get to that page.

If this was subscribed to directly with Paramount, using their app, then you would need to contact them to investigate the issue.
Thank you. That’s what I figured. But trying to get in touch with them is impossible. If your problem isn’t one of their FAQ, then it sends you in circles. But again thank you for the feedback.
