Payment method updating

Hi, I'm a Sri lankan student living in russia and want to know what is the valid payment method which i could update..i was trying all my Russian bank cards (Visa / masters) and Sri lankan bank cards but I'm getting this message "your payment method is not valid in this store"and now i'm unable to download apps from app store ( after double tapping to install the app, it doesn't start downloading)...
