I recently added travel train tickets to my Apple Wallet, which I viewed in the wallet. - Now when I have come to check on them again they have disappeared. I have gone back to the travel company & says this ticket ‘already added’ - I cant re-add to wallet. Any ideas on fix please?

Missing tickets from apple wallet that you had previously downloaded
- You have to ‘open’ the email 'e-ticket’ booking confirmation on your IPHONE. Then this will allow you to down load tickets again to your iPhone wallet. - I was opening on my Mac & wondering why it wouldn’t add.
