my iPhone 6 not update ios13 and other upi apps not supported apps name phonepay,gpay,paytm and any all apps

That is correct, an iPhone 6 can't be updated any further tham iOS 12.5.6 and cannot support UPI.
If you want to run those programs, you will need to update to a newer phone capable of running a higher iOS.
