My Apple ID says it’s disabled

Hi for about a month now my phone has not allowed me to download anything every time I try it says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes. I have stuff I really need to download if anyone could tell me how to fix this it would be great!

iPhone 12 mini, iOS 14

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", contact Apple Support for help.
