My Apple ID is down and I can’t download on my phone

It keeps saying

“Your account has been disabled in the AppStore and iTunes”

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support when they're open.
