Error "Apple Account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes"

When I try to update my application on my phone it says my account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes for no reason

There's always a reason an account can be disabled in the App Store and iTunes. And that is most often a payment issue with your account. You may owe for a subscription or your payment method needs to be updated. See this link for help, which will mean you need to contact Apple Support --> If a message says 'Your Media & Purchases account has been disabled' - Apple Support

You have to follow the link provided by lobsterghost1. You have a problem with your account that none of us can help you with as we don't have any access to it and you would not want any of use to be able to access your account. Apple needs to review the account to tell you how to solve the problem. Let us know what was determined after following that recommendation.
