Your carrier keeps a record of all your calls with durations for 18 months. You can view it by logging in to your carrier’s customer portal.
You carrier should be able to provide a detailed call history.
Depending on the carrier, you might need to set this up in advance and there might be additional fees.
You can only see that if the call(s) is still listed in the Recents list.

For each time you make or receive a call there will be an entry in the Recents list. However, that is not the best place to look.
