iPhone 11 can't show warranty details (2022)
Hi there. Recently I faced problems with my iphone and get to change with a new device as my iphone still under warranty. After i get my new phone, I paid for 1 year warranty extension as suggested by the consultant. For now, I've been using the phone for 1 week+ but when I try to check for the warranty online, it keeps showing this: Please activate your device. We're unable to display coverage details because your device hasn't been registered.
Please contact your Apple product retailer or
your wireless carrier to register this device.
Is there any solution for this? I've activated my phone and been using it.
