Cannot connect to wifi-selfassigned IP

My mac is not connecting to wifi and warning says wi-fi has the self assigned IP 169.254.33.13. What shall I do? MacOS Catalina v. 10.15.7

As troubleshooting step,s

Boot into safe mode then try to connect.

Uninstall all third party VPNs, apps that claim to protect, proxy servers, etc.

Power cycle your router and computer.
