Keychain function

I use chrome as my browser. Keychain functioned very well in my old Macbook but it is not function at all in my new Macbook. :(

start over with keychain I'm on a MacMini using Ventura 13.4. I want to start over with Keychains. If that doesn't work, turn off keychain on all devices (iPad & iPhone) to get rid of popups.

If iCloud Keychain won't turn on or sync - Apple Support has some suggestions.
