WiFi connection problems

Two iPhone 13 max pro's, one connects to wifi, another does not.


We have two identical iPhones and only one has a problem with connecting to the internet via the Wi-Fi. I’ve tried the usual recommendations like restarting the phone, resetting the network, etc. the only thing that works is restarting the router but it’s only a temporary fix.

  • Reset your router to factory settings. Usually involves a paperclip.
  • Uninstall VPN if it is the App store variety.
