Troubleshooting Ungenuine Display Message:

A. Get a Genuine Screen:

The window will not go away until get get a genuine screen in there. So take this back to the place that replaced the screen.  They should have known better.

Did you have any "repairs" done on the phone?

If not, you will take it into an Apple Store or authorized Apple Service shop to let them take a look.
