Does apple have the option when it comes for Pre-order Iphone 14 can i pick it up in store on Sept 16 or is it shipped only.

You'll need to wait until Pre-orders start. The Pickup in Store option is currently unavailable, but may likely be available once the Pre-Orders are available.
