Billing

I have an unauthorized, unknown charge to my bank account. $17.11 was charged to my account on 09-05-22. This is what it states on my bank account. Apple.com 866-712-7753. When I call that number it never gives me an option to speak to a human being. It tells me to go to Getsupport.apple.com OR Reporta problem.apple.com I have no idea what device this is for, or even what this charge is for!! I had no idea what device to choose to submit this request. I had to choose one obviously.

iPhone 13 mini, iOS 15

If the invoice is not from Apple, was the money deducted by a stranger?

Contact your bank, they can find out who (name, address & account number) has collected the amount from your bank account, and when.

Depending on your bank, they can collect the amount back within 30 days.

Also report to the police.
