Apple Watch cellular in different countries

i want to ask that, I am normally living in Turkey, this October I will be in Sweden and I want to buy an Apple Watch ultra from there, is there any problem to use cellular services in Turkey ? I saw an article that shows some countries and cellular brand, but I can't see Turkey in there, so my question is basically if I buy an apple watch ultra in Sweden, can I use it in Turkey with cellular services ?
