Lost the iphone

hello hi I lost my phone today and the Sim card inside I try to locate my phone with find my iPhone app in another iPhone but it wouldn’t log me in with my Apple ID They send a code to my phone number which I don’t have .. so I just want you to send the code to my email the one I login in the Apple ID
