How do I turn off App Suggestions when using earbuds, for ALL apps

I’ve read prior questions and answers on this topic we did not see the right answer. As previously noted by someone, when you plug in your earbuds or earphones, or Siri suggest apps to use including ones I never use with your buds. According to iOS user manual, the only way to turn this off is as follows, which is incredibly time consuming so impossible when one has tons of apps and they’re listed for this setting option.

“You can see and control the full list of features that Siri personalizes and apps that Siri suggests shortcuts for in Settings > Siri & Search. To stop apps from contributing information to personalize Siri, go to Settings > Siri & Search and tap the app name, then tap to turn off Learn from this App. To stop app clips from contributing information to personalize Siri, go to Settings > Siri & Search > App Clips and tap to turn off Learn from App Clips.”

surely there’s a simple way to just turn off this suggestion feature for all apps in addition to the current feature requiring you to tap each of all your apps in the list and toggle them all individually. Please make this simple rather than tedious and impossibly time-consuming. Thanks.
