I bought the Washington DC metro card in apple wallet and I got charged twice 6 dollars

Help I got charged 6$ twice. And no I can’t contact my bank because apple charges me twice when buying the dc metro card for the first time! I pressed the on side button twice and face id to charge 6$ from my credit card! Then it said error and I didn’t have a metro card with my charge in the wallet so I did it again.

now I have one card in my wallet but 2 times 6$ deducted. Doesn’t make sense I can’t buy 2 cards for one apple wallet apple c‘mon please the fact that I can only report this by calling my bank this has nothing to do with my bank! It was all done through apple the metro card feature in apple wallet

i want my 6$ back

We’re other users like you, and not Apple.

I’d still state with the metro, as they’re the ones that received the money, and this probably isn’t the first time this has happened, and it would be advantageous that this double-purchase not happen again.
