On the App store my trusted number is different ?
So I am updating my moms apps for her on her phone as she is older and doesn’t quiet get technology yet and I enter her password correctly and a couple seconds later it goes through the normal two factor authentication with her accounts trusted phone number . The only problem is that the number it is showing (well last 2 numbers) is completely different than the one from her account . I logged out of the icloud account on the app store first and tried again . Same thing . I checked her settings and made sure her number wasn’t somehow changed and it was the number it should be. I then logged out of her icloud on her settings and relogged in . Same thing again . I even logged into my own person icloud on her app store to try to update them and still ! Her phone is updated completely and I can’t find any help online ;( The trust phone number screen is what i see when I put the password in after clicking update in the app store . One Screenshot is from her profile in the app store showing it matches with the settings profile being the same name but a different number for both . How do I fix this ?
