Although my problem is that I can't publish the podcast without fixing the image. So I'm not sure if this link will work.
Your image is 1392 x 1400 px - it must be square, minimum 1400 x 1400 px.
I can't assess the image unless you post the URL of your feed. Posting the image here means nothing as the forum resizes it.
Your link opens rhe Podcast app but doesn't show your podcast. In any case I need the feed URL to be able to examioe the image.

Artwork must be between 1400 x 1400 and 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests
