Ive tried cleaning, Restarting,Waiting,Letting It die then turning it on,Everything, I wanna try to update it before i get a new phone, I have a laptop, but its a Samsung windows laptop, please send help.

If you have a MS Windows based computer with the latest version of iTunes, then you can 👉 use that computer to update your iPhone XR.
