My IT department is trying to make my MacBook Air compliant with our company’s data loss prevention protocols but after continued efforts, we're still stuck. We use Forecepoint as security solution and on my Mac the user can disable Forcepoint where on a PC they cannot.
We're escalating into Forcepoint and I've tried Apple itself without any success.
Any suggestions????

Sounds like you need a different DLP platform that can meet your needs.
Are you installing via MDM? Does force point have an option to make the software unable to be shut down?

I think it is being installed by MDM but not 100% sure. I need to confirm with my IT group.
No ForcePoint doesn't have that option. It lets a normal user disable it. A message will be sent to IT that it has been disabled but that won't prevent a user from copying files for example to a USB port, etc.
