deactivate Touchid on iphone 11/ipad

I would like to deactivate TouchId on my iPhone 11 and iPad (6e generation) - they are connected together.

Touch ID is not connected between devices.

Tap Settings > Touch ID & Passcode, then enter your passcode > Tap on the Finger Print and > Remove

Do it for all the Finger Prints.
