Remote Management, why does it keep launching even after a factory reset in Recovery Mode? Is there a way to bypass this Remote Management or I am stuck with an unusable Iphone?

Only the company that put the remote management tool on there can remove it. Take it back to wherever you bought it from and get your money back.
