one touch prompt for app not on phone

Google has a one touch second factor authentication that launches after opening an app. I tried and app then deleted the app from my phone. Google is using that app now for the SFA. Not sure how to fix this. Can't find a way in Google account settings. Seems no one is allowing private browsing much these days as well.
