I can’t remove the Activation Lock

I cannot sign in in my Iphone 6s after I restore it because it’s locked by my previous icloud , I know the password now but he says your icloud locked for security reasons go to applied.apple.com to unlock …


when I go to sign in online it works then he want again the apple Id , after that he says we send to your email the instructions followed to unlock your apple Id , ok but how can I see the message while i cannot open my icloud mail !!

If you don't have 2 Factor Authentication enabled, contact Apple ID Support for assistance.  See the Apple Support articles below for contact information.
