I am about to make an exchange from iPhone X Max to iPhone 14 pro Max. They told me that there is a value of 205 us, I don't understand that part. Do I have to give 205 us for the exchange or what?

Most likely, $205 (210) is the estimated value of your current XS Max, as per this support page:--> Apple Trade In - Apple
