Can I only send out messages over satellite, or receive as well?

In case of emergency SOS over Satellite. Am I able only to send out request for help or also receive relevant information from first responders?

Thanks for the answer. Very helpful.

Are you sure that the call via Satellite works as well?

In the key note it was only mentioned about very limited text. Hence my question, if I get text back. That is important to get the confirmation that my SOS is well received and help on the way..

Does call work as well?

The information page mentions nothing about making calls. It would appear that it is text only.
