It wont let me go past the Terms & Conditions next tab!
I seem to be stuck in a loop of checking my account details then trying to log into the Apple store and every time get the same message as above! So annoying!

When you get that message on your screen, tap Review -> review your account information.
Click Review repeatedly.
Some people have only had a response after a second or subsequent click.
Try to download a free app at the App Store.
Log in at appleid.apple.com and make sure you have payment information stored there.
