Can I return my unopened iPhone to get the new iPhone 14?

You have 14 days from date of purchase to return or exchange it.

ONLY if you purchased the phone within 14 days of the release date of iPhone 14. If you have had it (opened or not) longer than 14 days, you cannot return it.
