Lengthen time between iPhone 13 password requirement

My iPhone 13 does not allow any selection other than 'immediately' when I try to change the time required before a password needs to be entered.

I followed the direction to go to: Settings -- then Face ID & Passcode -- then Require Passcode. However, there are zero options other than 'immediately.'

Is this something Apple did for the latest model iPhones? If so @Apple, please go back to longer options!

Does anyone have a workaround? Thanks!
