Increasing “Require Passcode” Time

Device: iPhone 13 Pro

iOS version: 16.1.1

How does one go about increasing the “Require Passcode” time beyond “immediately” on iOS 16 (with Face ID enabled)? There should at least be an option to set a custom time. I need to be able to set mine to at least 5 hours because of my job where I have to wear gloves and a mask. Taking my gloves off over and over gets really frustrating, and my phone doesn’t always recognize my face despite having Face ID with mask enabled.
