the video wall processor that the apple TV plugs into supports HDMI 1.4 and 2.0, but only HDCP 1.4.

Then Apple TV 4K won’t output commercial content in 4K, as that requires HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2.

HD output from Apple TV 4K should be fine. Unprotected 4K content (i.e. your own productions) should be fine.

We are trying to solve a likely HDMI or HDCP version number issue with an apple TV that runs into a video wall processor, then through an audio extractor, then an Crestron DMlite HDMI extender, then a 1x2 DA into two daisy chains of 9 screens.

the video wall processor that the apple TV plugs into supports HDMI 1.4 and 2.0, but only HDCP 1.4. I want to make sure that the any apple TV can negiotiate that as I don't know the model yet. the output from the video wall processor is only HDMI 1.4/HDCP 1.4.
