Apple Watch SE

When I try to log into my cellular service account through the Apple Watch app to set up my cellular service on my watch, it does not recognize my login information. I know I am using the correct user ID and password because it works on my cellular phone app.

Thank you for your help! I figured it out… Stupid mistake on my part. I needed to sign the agreement with spectrum mobile to start the activation 🤦🏻‍♀️
