I'm using Visible Wireless service. How do I pre-order a new phone? I cannot get passed the requires 4 service providers.
I’m on the apple upgrade program. I found out today you cannot use the apple upgrade program if you use any provider other the 4 major ones. Bummer.

Every iPhone you buy from us online or in an Apple Store is unlocked, with the exception of a few carrier financing options. With an unlocked iPhone, you’re free to go with the carrier of your choice.
There should be an option to order without any provider - ie unlocked.
