According to the Military Discount Link, the following statement is made:
A 10% discount is available to current and Veteran members of the US Military, National Guard and Reserve. Immediate family members who reside in the same household are also eligible.
As long as the family members live in the same household, it doesn't appear there would be an issue buying 3 iPhones using your discount.
