Digilocker app not opening on iphone 6

downloaded the digilocker app compatible to iOS 12.5.5. However on opening first screen comes stays a while and goes away.

can any one help me?

If you're talking about this app:-->https://apps.apple.com/app/digilocker/id1320618078, it requires iOS 14.1 or later (not supported by an iPhone model 6).
