What happened to my iPhone 14 pro max 1Tb order?

Did the order first thing this morning on my phone and now my order is gone did they mess up says on web site pro presets are now on the 16th for this phone what’s up

iphone order are not action first come first serve basis which is wrong my friends order 2 iphone 14 pro max, one week late then mine and its already shipped. my order is still in process and money already deducted week ago. every this is common in both of our order apart from Names. can not understand Apple logic behind this.

Order Iphone 14 pro from online store I have orderd Iphone 14 pro on 9th Sep and paid full amount , Arrive date are 29 Sep to 6 Oct, today on 20th September many of my friend got the same iphone for the same price from the offline stores, what was my mistake i trust online store, order after 11days is still in process,
