You can't. Apple Pay is for use in stores and websites that accept it not for use with ongoing subscriptions paid through your Apple ID.


For ongoing subscriptions, you can use the iTunes Store platform, however, Netflix does not support this anymore. All new or returning subscriptions must happen through Netflix directly and whatever payment option they offer.
