cannot launch with user space relocated off System Disk
Since the 12.5.1 update, I cannot log on directly to a user which has user space relocated off the Startup Disk. I can log in to a different user where the user space remains on the Startup Disk. After I log out this user, I can then log in the user with relocated user space as usual.
My guess is the update tightened the security requirements, initially blocking users with user spaces not on the Startup Disk. I asked Apple Support, and was told they have no solution. I have a support request in with the manufacturer of the disk with the user space issue (Promise / Pegasus).
Is there a way I can get my user space which is not on the Startup Disk to load on startup, without having to log in, then log out, a user who is on the Startup Disk?
