New Apple Watch link

I received notice on my phone that it was linked to a new apple watch. I do not have a new apple watch and a new watch does not show up on the list of my devices. Should I be worried.

Who send you that notice?

Check again -> Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in

Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in - Apple Support

if you see devices that don't belong to you, delete from your account.
