No sound after updating to iOS 15.6.1 on iPhone 12

my iPhone 12 speaker (both front and bottom speaker) stopped working. YouTube, boom player and apple music will not play any songs. When I tried to watch videos on YouTube, it will only show first picture frame wand will stopped playing. Also, when I tried to make call, I will not hear any sound or voice. To my surprise, anytime I inserted earpiece, music and videos applications will worked perfectly and the front speaker will work to the extent that I can hear the voice of my caller without putting the phone on speaker. I've so tried all the troubleshooting guide posted by the support team on this platform but it doesn't solve the glitches.
