Podcast Artwork Issue

Question

Hi there,

I'm trying to publish our podcast on Apple and am getting this error:

Art - Artwork must be between 1400 x 1400 and 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests. Learn More

My artwork is 2576x2580 and the file size is 421 KB. I'm using Squarespace. Our RSS feed works for both Google and Spotify.

What is going wrong here?

Your artwork must be exactly square. 2576 x 2580 - will NOT work.

Change it to either 2576 x 2,576 or some other Truly square dimension.

And make sure that file size remains <500 kb.
