i did all this remove and re-downloaded the app and restarted my phone still it doesn't work.

I bought an app fasteasy but I can't log in. It keeps saying the email/pw is incorrect. then I tried to say I forgot my pw then it says they don't recognize my email address. I then deleted the app and then redownload the app. Also turned off my phone to give it a chance to reset. it is still not working. I've already paid for the subscription

Can anyone help me?
